Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our staff, our guests and each member of our community. To keep all of us safe, we have implemented new health and safety protocols that go above and beyond our already strict standards.

Daily Wellness Checks

Beyond what New York State and New York City mandate, we require our staff to complete a comprehensive COVID-19 health questionnaire prior to having their temperatures taken and starting their shifts.

Enhanced Staff Safety Protocols

  • We practice more frequent and thorough handwashing and hand-sanitizing throughout each shift than State-issued guidelines require
  •  Surface areas and key touch points throughout the restaurant are cleaned and sanitized regularly during our service hours along with a comprehensive deep cleaning each night after closing
  • All guest utensils undergo automatic washing and sanitizing while housed in a dedicated container that requires no direct contact by a staff member; the container is then delivered directly to your table
  • All tables, chairs, menus, checkbooks and pens are cleaned and sanitized after each use

New Technology & Equipment

  • We provide professional-grade Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to all team members
  •  Our dining room and restrooms have been redesigned to include bi-directional floor markings, contact-free hand-sanitizing stations, self-service napkin dispensers, automatic hand-dryers and touch-less toilets, water faucets, soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers
  • We have upgraded our HVAC equipment to meet or exceed current NYS mandates regarding air flow and filtration to include both “capture” and “kill” technologies that utilize UV ionization and MERV-13 filters specified by a professional engineer and installed by certified technicians
  • We’ve contracted with Cintas Corporation to provide monthly 360° next generation touchless disinfection and sanitizing of the entire restaurant using their proprietary Electrostatic technology

Guest Focus

  • We have introduced online ordering, contact-free payment, curbside pickup and local neighborhood delivery for your safety and convenience
  • The recent introduction of a digital “waitlist” app has allowed us to facilitate necessary social distancing of guests who are waiting to dine with us either indoors or out
  • Compliance with other State and City guidelines requires us to limit indoor seating capacity, enforce the wearing of face masks until seated, provide a minimum of 6 feet between guests and prohibit the purchase of alcohol unless accompanied by a meal
  • And finally, we have arranged for a simple but effective process for you to provide contact-tracing information that is mandated by New York State for all indoor, dine-in guests; we are required to maintain this information for 28 days, after which it will be destroyed
